How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process orders and payments, provide customer support, send order and delivery updates via push notifications and SMS, operate the price-negotiation feature, and improve our services.

Information Sharing

We share your information with vendors only as necessary to fulfil your orders (for example, your delivery address). We share data with payment and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure (Supabase) to protect your data. Authentication is handled via one-time SMS codes; we never store passwords in plain text.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active. Order and payment records may be retained in de-identified form after deletion where required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app: Account → Delete Account. This removes your profile, addresses, favourites, loyalty points, vouchers, and negotiation history. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children’s Privacy

Bazaratt is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
